Wine is endlessly interesting. With so many different facets, there are many doors into the same room. It is the utility of that connection which has kept me in the industry for so long. For 13 years, I have worked in some of the most decorated restaurants in the country with Grand Awards, James Beard Awards, and Michelin Stars. I currently run the wine program of a private club in NYC.

The first thing people notice about me is my joy. I am joyful on bad days, good days, hard days, and days when someone is actively trying to make me smaller. I'm a Filipino woman wine director. I've succeeded in spaces that were not made for me and I have so much more to share.
